Counselling - Psychotherapy - in London Bridge, SE1
I am a qualified psychosexual therapist and work with individuals and couples having sexual and relational problems.
Life challenges us in so many ways and sometime we need some extra support to understand what we are co- creating in our relational field. If you have been felling stuck for sometime, feeling more or less powerless under a quite heavy burden it is good to talk and give yourself a change to see things in perspective.
Very often our sex life mirrors very much what is happening in our daily lives. The ways we chose to relate and engage or not to. The ways we give ourselves to others and the ways we receive others in our lives. The level of satisfaction and pleasure we give or choose not give to ourselves and others. The everlasting role of power-game between two human beings influenced by laws of attraction and repulsion.
Sex reflects how much enjoyment or lack of it we have in our lives. It also mirrors our difficulties to build trust and allow our vulnerabilities emerge. Our sex life can also contain traumas and fears, feelings of abandonment and the deep pain and fear of rejection.
As a counsellor and therapist I offer a supportive and confidential environment where personal and painful issues are seen, named, unfolded and understood as they are without fear of judgement.
I believe every situation, every experience - no matter how difficult, painful, or "stuck" it may be - holds within it the opportunity for creative growth and change.
I currently offer counselling - psychotherapy in London Bridge, Southwark, Central London area and I am committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for my clients.
I work with individuals and couples on both an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully, free from the limitations of the past.
I’m fascinated by the way change can happen.
How it is generated and how it evolves as a creative process driven by the mysterious forces of life and love, sadness and joy, fear and anger and facing the unknown can be quite uneasy.
The way we think about ourselves is always limited and conditioned by our story, our vision, our thoughts, crystallized by what we learned and suffered on the journey, forged by the way we operate.
Couselling and psycotherapy is a space where your sense of purpose is explored and you become much more aware of what life has in store for you as the future cannot be a copy of the past.
In this process you discover the power of your choices and learn to engage positively with your will power.
In order to live our life well we need to discover and feel our passion and courage as oppose to what makes us fearful and prevents us from living our life as fulfilled human being.
Your life is your masterpice and my duty as a therapist is to support you in seeing the beauty and the potential of who you are.
